2010 Green Car of the Year
The winner of the 2010 Green Car of the Year award was announced at the Los Angeles Auto Show's Press Day's the year. The Green Car Journal, the leading automotive environmental magazine iniated the award in 2005, as consumer demand for more fuel efficient and environmentally positive vehicles has increased. The competition was stiff and included finalists Honda Insight, Mercury Milan Hybrid, Toyota Prius, and VW Golf TDI. Last year's winner was the 2009 Volkswagen Jetta TDI.


Jiffy Lube teams Up Again with American Heart Association
Jiffy Lube is teaming up again this year with the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign in Chicago and Northwest Indiana. On the 2009 list are Ford Fusion, Honda Civic, Hyundai Sonata, Mazda 6, Pontiac Vibe, Subaru Impreza 2.5i, Subaru Legacy 2.5i, Toyota Camry, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Matrix and Volkswagen Jetta.
