UmbrellaGirlsUSA, a motorsports modeling firm is seeking team members for motorcycle and auto-racing venues. Based in San Rafael, California, UmbrellaGirls USA has launched a talent search for dynamic, and of course, beautiful, young women who will serve as trophy girls, grid girls, specialty hostesses, as well as assist racing teams in the pits and on the track at auto and motorcycle races.

"Attractive and athletic girls are encouraged to apply," says Ann Asiano, founder of UmbrellaGirls USA. Having some knowledge of motorsports is a plus, as well as possessing a professional and approachable demeanor. UmbrellaGirls USA was conceived by Asiano after a trip to Italy and are an incarnation of the raceway hostesses popular at venues throughout Europe.

One-hundred UmbrellaGirls will be chosen for the final Team 003. After a personal interview and try-out before a judging panel, the best of the best will be culled from all the contestants. Interviews are tentatively scheduled in Indianapolis the week of February 10-17; Ohio; Daytona Beach, Florida March 3-10; Chicago; Milwaukee and Dallas.

Those women chosen to be an UmbrellaGirl tote large umbrellas and wear select apparel created in conjunction with sponsoring clients. As an UmbrellaGirl, you will meet and greet raceway fans, provide shade to race contestants on the start/finish grid and in the pits, and attend to raceway VIP’s.
